By creating an account or using LinguaFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for students in grades 6–12 and adult learners. If you are under the age of 13, your account must be created and supervised by a parent, teacher, or guardian. By registering, you confirm that you are either 13 years of age or older, or that you are a parent, teacher, or guardian creating the account on behalf of a student under 13.

Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except for the Lifetime plan's 30-day money-back guarantee.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

Teachers using the Teacher Portal are responsible for ensuring their use of student data within the portal complies with their school's policies and applicable laws (such as FERPA, where applicable). LinguaFlow provides the tool but does not control how individual teachers or schools choose to use it.
All content, curriculum, design, and code within LinguaFlow is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service's content without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, fluency level, or rate of progress.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
